The 1951 USAF Resolution Fluorescent Target is a microscopic resolution test device. The U.S. Air Force defines this device under their MIL-STD-150A standard of 1951.

The target has numerous shapes with logarithmically increasing and decreasing spatial frequency. With fluorescent targets, The 1951 USAF Resolution Target is used to analyze and validate the SeeUV® imaging system's ability to identify flaws and defects in the parts it inspects.
